Here are some commonly asked questions and answers:

How much does an office visit cost?

All our services are free!

How long is an office visit?

The urine pregnancy test will take about 15 minutes.  However, your visit may be longer if you choose to take advantage of some of our other free services while you are here.

Do you give out contraception?

No, we are not a medical clinic so we do not give out medications.  We CAN give you information about how different contraceptives work, the female reproductive system, and how effective some contraceptives are (or are not) against STI/STDs.

What are my options if I’m pregnant?

During your visit, we can discuss with you your options of parenting, adoption, and abortion– including procedures and risks involved.  Our desire is for you to have the information you need so you can make an informed decision for your future. *

Do you provide abortions?

We do not provide or refer for abortions, but we CAN help you!  Please come in for an office visit so you can discuss your options in a caring and safe environment where you will be given all the time you need to think about and talk about your next step.

Do you do adoptions?

We can give you information to get you started on your adoption journey, but we are not an adoption agency.  We encourage you to use a reputable adoption agency as part of your adoption plan (find some here).  We also understand that making an adoption plan takes time and information and we want to be a part of your support team.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you do not need an appointment.  If you want to call ahead and let us know you are coming, the wait may be shorter before you are helped.

How confidential is my appointment?

We do everything we can to insure your visit is confidential.  You get to choose who you want to bring to the appointment and there will be a time when you will be alone talking with a Client Advocate.  Your information does not get shared unless YOU choose to do the sharing!**

Do you have services for those of us who are living with an abortion in our past?

Yes!  We have women and men trained and available to walk with you on your healing journey.  You can meet one-on-one or in a support group, depending on what you want/need.  Call our office to connect with someone who understands and cares. If you’re not quite ready to make the call, please check out for additional resources.

*Our center does not perform or refer for abortions.  Our desire is to provide accurate and up-to-date information for women (and their partners) to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

**We are mandatory reporters and, for our clients’ protection, the appropriate authorities will be notified if we believe a client is in a dangerous situation.
